2. Chapter 1A seemingly normal day Today was my first day of 6th grade and so far everything was normal. Summer was fun but as came and gone nothing big really happened. As I woke up from bed my mother shouted from the kitchen downstairs, “Chris! Hurry up or you will be late to school!” Great! I would be late for my first day of school. I ate cereal for breakfast and as I left the door I saw the bus leaving. Yet, I saw something so crazy that you wouldn’t believe me if I told you! It was a boy flying five feet over the bus! The boy then landed on top of the bus and laughed saying, “So this is a human vehicle! Where are the other kids?” I was able to run to school but I found out I was fifteen minutes late to class. In the class room there was only one open seat. It was by that weird kid who was able to fly. I told my self it would be ok to sit next to this kid. As I said down he said “Where are you from?” so I told him I was from Akron, Ohio. He seemed surprised by it and told me he was from Olympus Mons. Later in science class we were working on Astronomy, when the teacher started talking about Mars I learned that Olympus Mons is a mountain on Mars. After learning this I asked the kid once more where he was from. He simply responded, “I am from Olympus Mons” then he kept reading inside of the textbook. Later at lunch the kid tripped and spilled his food on Bruce, the biggest, toughest, and meanest bully that I once knew in 2nd grade. Bruce looked angrily at the boy and said, “Who do you think you are messing with, punk?” the boy looked at Bruce oddly, then walked past him. Now this made Bruce really mad, so Bruce punched at the boy. This boy, who no more muscular then me, single handedly stopped Bruce’s attack and threw Bruce across the whole cafeteria. As everyone looked at the boy shocked, and he said, “Why do humans try to fight so much?” With this I spoke up and said, “Are you really from Mars?” The boy nodded. As he did so, I soon became scared that many others of his kind existed, and not all of them had to be friendly. ~1~

3. Later on that nobody messed with this new kid. It took me a lot of courage, but I finally managed to walk up to the kid and ask him what his name was. Which he responded politely, “I am Tenny” I told him my name was Chris and then he said, “You are different from the other humans. You do not fear me.” I wanted to tell him this was not true but then I also didn’t want to let the him down. Human or not a person is a person, and that must be acknowledged. At recess me and Tenny played human games, and then started playing games from Mars. They involved many things that I just couldn’t do, like flying. After playing with Tenny I learned a lot about him, and I learned that he isn’t that bad. Just as we were talking, we heard a loud noise and then Tenny grabbed me and took us to the ground. I looked up and saw a flaming, metallic meteor whiz past us. The meteor continued about five or six more feet then slammed into the ground. There was an explosion as it crashed, and the shockwave of the explosion sent us flying twenty feet backwards. We saw the silhouette of a person through the smoke and fire of the explosion. Tenny looked at the figure of a person and ran towards the explosion, however, before he could reach the meteor he was levitated in the air. A person walked out of the explosion, and to my surprise, the person was unaffected by the fire. He then jumped at sonic speed and knocked Tenny unconscious with one blow. The person then landed on the ground and before I could blink was right in front of me. I was scared and shouted, “What do you want from Tenny and me?” all he said was, “Tenny? So that is the Martian's name.” I was very angry and tried to hit him, but, using his amazing speed, he tripped me saying that he has no use for humans, so he left. As mad as I was, I could do nothing to stop him. I wondered what he planned on doing to the school, and why he was on Earth if he has no use for humans. I saw no more of the alien who attacked me and Tenny throughout the school day. As I was heading home, I saw a big red tornado slam into a building and rip it in two. I heard shouting that said, “Where is he! Where is the Martian” I became scared, because, I soon realized that the voice was the voice of the alien that attacked me and Tenny. If he could do that to a building, I would not dare try to imagine the extent of this alien’s powers. The next morning I walked downstairs and saw Tenny in the kitchen helping mom cook breakfast. I said, “Tenny what are you doing here?” My mother said that he asked if he could stay here for a few days, and that she didn’t really cared if he did. So now my new best friend was living in my house, I didn’t care much, as a matter of fact, I was actually pretty glad he was staying here. As we both were walking to school, Tenny asked me if I wanted to be flown to school. I said yes, and then he picked me up into the air. It was the coolest experience ever! The wind was blowing hard at my face and I felt weightless. I looked down and saw that trees and people looked like dots as they whizzed by. ~2~

4. We were at school in one or two minutes. The teacher seemed happy to see I wasn’t late like I was yesterday. As me and Tenny sat down, Bruce shot a spitball, but before if could hit me I slapped it with my hand. It bounced off of my hand and hit a kid who was looking out the window on the head. The kid looked back at me, and asked me if I hit him with the spitball. I was to scared to answer, and this is because, it was the alien who attacked me and Tenny. He looked right past me and looked at Tenny, but, I startled him when I asked him what his name was. He just chuckled and said, “Oh look! A human wants to know my name, listen up, I won’t tell you.” This made me mad because he treated me as a inferior loser just because I was a human. The teacher looked at the alien and said, “Do not call each other humans because we are all humans.” The alien zoomed in front of the teacher at lightning-fast speeds, and grabbed him. He said, “If you ever call me a human again I will rip you to shreds.” Then he kicked open the window and ran off. Tenny was so surprised at what the alien just did that he flown out the window after him, I jumped out also, but then I remembered I was on the 60th floor of our huge school. I was scared as I began to fall. The ground below was getting closer. I didn’t know what I was going to do, but then I remembered that in science class we had to make a rope out of steel to learn more about metal and how to weld. I was able to throw the rope and grapple onto the flag post sticking out of the wall of the 20th floor. I then entered through the window and went outside. Outside I saw Tenny fighting with the alien. The alien fired a tornado and then ran at Tenny, who was busy dodging the tornado, I ran after the alien and just before the alien threw a punch I yelled, “Stop fighting!” Tenny and the alien froze. I caught up to them and then said, “Why do you need to fight each other?” “Our races have been at war for 9,800 years and I will not stop the battle because a puny human tells me to.” said the alien. Soon after saying this the alien struck me in the gut and I blacked out. I woke up in my bed with my mother talking, “Are you sure he got sick and passed out? He seems fine.” Tenny just nodded and said, “ Yes, he passed out in the middle of Language Arts.” I, still half sleep, said, “I didn’t get sick, that person punched me, remember Tenny?” Now this caught my mother way off guard. “You were punched?!” My mother said surprised. I just sighed and said, “It’s not what you think. I was punched but it was for butting in peoples business.” It still didn’t seem to make her any less mad. “I am going to the park.” I said. At the park I saw some boy playing basket ball with another boy. As I watched the game a kid asked me, “Hey do you want to play also?” This caught me off guard but I agreed. As I started to play, I became relaxed and forgot about the problems that floated around my mind. I began to win with some ease, then the ball popped. As it popped I became mad. I looked around, and then saw a kid holding a bunch of pins. I yelled at him, “Why did you pop the ball can’t you see we are in the middle of a game.” He looked at me and through a pin, which went in my hair, and then walked away. ~3~

5. Chapter 2 Am I even a human I chased after the boy who was throwing the pins, I started moving faster, and it looked like he was going slower than when he started running. I got angrier as I got closer to him, and, out of nowhere, a large, deep hole appeared before his feet. He stopped before the hole, but, I tackled him into the hole. I was floating, and he was falling. I noticed I was floating above the pit, after realizing I was, I flown into the air to test my new ability. I flown as freely through the sky as a bird. Then, I noticed Tenny. He seemed surprised to see me flying and then said, “Either your flying or your falling, which one is it?” I said happily, “I am not falling, I am flying!” Now he was really surprised and told me we needed to fly home. He seemed faster and more skilled at flying then I was. As we came closer towards the house I started to descend. He told me that since we have to ask my mother where I wasreally from I didn’t have to stop flying. We flown in the house and our mother looked at us with her mouth wide open. She asked Tenny where he was from. He said, “I will tell you after we find out were Chris is from.” She said, “He is from Earth but his dad is from Venus.” So Tenny told her he was from Mars. Then we explained to my mother how and where I learned to use my powers. She told me she has to contact my father. She took us to the kitchen where she pulled out a spoon. On this spoon was a weird symbol I never noticed before. She said, “This is your special spoon you always eat with, it was from your father and he said I would need it to contact him.” Then I realized that I never met my father because he was busy on Venus. My mother pointed the spoon out of the window then a blue ray of light shot from the spoon. My father’s image soon appeared as the ray of light expanded to the size of a table. He said, “Is it really the time? Has he learned to control his powers?” I started to float off the ground and then my father laughed. “Is that all he has learned to do? Us Venusians can do a lot more then just fly!” said my father. I said that I discovered I had powers after I melted a hole in the ground. He said that creating acid from the air is just one of the four powers we Venusians posses. “The four powers every Venusian learns to control are the ability to fly, the ability to create acid from the air, the ability to teleport, and the ability to control the wind.” said my father. I was amazed by all the powers we controlled. I began to wonder if Tenny still hasn’t mastered all the powers of a Martian. ~4~

6. I was spotted flying, by the alien. He looked at me, ran at a tree, then ran vertically up it. He dashed through the air towards me, and when he reached me, he kicked me in the head. I punched his shoulder, and right after doing so I was sucked up into a red tornado and hurled across the whole park. I threw a blast of acid at him, and then realized how to do it. As we fought he asked me, “Where are you from?” I simply responded, “I am from Earth but I am half Venusian.” then I said, “What is your name, I am Chris.” “I am Valdor, I am from Jupiter.” said Valdor. “Since you are from Venus we are allies. Follow me, please.” said Valdor. I entered Valdor’s home, and as I entered, I saw weird things such as blasters on the wall. As we continued he told me that he wanted me to meet his father. So I did as he said and waited there. As I waited I wanted to try out one of the abilities my father mentioned. I focused on the top of the stairs and tried to use the air to move me. As soon as I tried to move I noticed my body was turning into wind, and then I became lightning quick. When I stopped my body reappeared and I was in a new spot, the top of Valdor’s stairs! I soon began teleporting throughout the house, but instead of walking I would fly at such high speeds I was invisible. I then realized something terrible. If I was allies with Jupiter then I was an enemy of Mars. This means that Tenny’s parents want to kill my parents and the same thing visa versa. A told Valdor I would be right back then I teleported home. I ran into the kitchen and then I grabbed the special spoon. I stuck it out the window with all my might. I waited for about twenty minutes, and just when I was about to head back to Valdor’s house, my father answered. I said, “Dad, I am friends with a Martian, what do I do?” He seemed surprised and said, “You what! Friends with a Martian! Absolutely not!” I knew he would say this. As we were talking I said, “Is it possible to teleport through images? “It has never been done before.” That was a better answer then what I expected. So I tried to teleport through. As I teleported through I entered a strange tunnel filled with colors all over. Then everything went white. I am on red soil and the sky is a yellow-gray, I see a few people stare at me, and I see twelve kids play a game where they throw wind at each other but teleport to dodge it. Then I see my own father through a window of a huge mansion. I knock on the door and then the door flung wide open. I flown as fast as I could and then I was on the doorstep. I then open the door to the huge mansion. It was oddly hot on the inside, and my father looked at me and smirked. “I knew a son of mine can teleport through a picture. As we talked I mentioned Tenny and everything that has happened so far. As we continued to talk I mentioned Valdor and then I asked two things. “Can we contact Earth from here” I asked. “Why yes we can, we have a special spoon also.” said my dad. “Also is it possible to fly through space” my dad said, “ I am afraid not. Without the power to breathe in space we would surely die.” ~5~

7. “Since you know about Valdor and Tenny you should know something.” said my father. “How did you know about Tenny and Valdor?” I said. “What I must tell you is that you are the heir to the planet Venus, Tenny with Mars, Valdor with Jupiter, and a few others you will meet.” said my father. “In four days all the planets will form a circle around Earth for a whole year, and when this happens all planets, except Earth, will become inhabitable.” said my father. “Now what must I do?” I said. “Not all the planets know about this time and we need you, Valdor, and Tenny to travel across the solar system and gather all the heirs in four days.” So I teleported back to Earth and gathered Valdor and Tenny. After I explained to them about this whole crisis the both nodded then Tenny said, “After we work together we kill each other right?” “Agreed!” said Valdor. As we were walking towards odd spaceship Valdor says is his father’s, the temperature cooled to that of a meat freezer. Tenny did not seem to be very affected by the cold. A swirl of icy wind formed into a sky blue tornado, and then a girl appeared out of the tornado. She looked at Tenny and said in a chilly voice, “So you are not affected by the cold, are your from Mars or Uranus?” Tenny said Mars. “Ah yes, you must have been sent on the quest to unite all the planet-heirs.” said the girl, who was taking a pause before continuing. “I am the heir of Neptune, Princess Aleha, and I was sent here to join you on your quest. We all walked into the ship. Valdor was the first to break the silence, “Since you are from Neptune, doesn’t that mean you are rivals with Uranus’s heir, for title of coldest planet in the solar-system?” “Yes, yes I am.” said the girl. As soon Valdor started the lift-off sequence, Tenny said, “I always wondered what space is like!.” The spaceship started to leave the grounded Aleha started to shake. “I have always been scared of space travel. “ said Aleha. The spaceship left Earth’s atmosphere in four minutes. We were going so fast that my stomach lurched. I became scared as we left Earth’s atmosphere because of the speed we traveling at. I wondered if all astronauts have to travel at such a fast speed. “This spaceship is designed to move 980 times the speed of a human spaceship” said Valdor. I started laughing for some strange reason. Soon after I started laughing, I realized it was because if this is 980 times the speed of a human spaceship, then humans must not get anywhere near the feeling of going so fast. Once we were in empty space Tenny said that the first planet we should head to is Mercury. “Why should Mercury be the first planet we head to?” said Valdor. “Because it is the closest Planet to us.” said Tenny. As we turned into the direction of Mercury we saw Earth start to move away. “What is it like to cross through the asteroid belt?” I asked. “Hard.” said Valdor and Aleha simultaneously. We picked up speed and started to head towards Mercury, and then we saw another spaceship. It shot at us then swerved around the Moon. We dodged and shot back, but our laser missed the ship. ~6~

8. Valdor said something in his language which I was guessing to be a curse. “That looks like Uranus’s ship!” said Aleha. “Try to contact it.” said Tenny. When we contacted it we saw a boy with red hair look directly at Aleha. “Humph, it’s you again Aleha, I am going to reach Mercury before you can even pass Venus!” said the boy. “We will see about that Torin!” said Aleha. She pushed Valdor out of the main seat controlling the spaceship and then hopped in. “We are going to smoke Torin.” said Aleha. She sped up way past what we were going when we left Earth’s atmosphere. When she sped, up Tenny covered his eyes, Aleha fired laser, after laser, after laser at Torin. One hit Torin but he kept flying and just contacted us to say, “Watch it! You could have blasted my engines.” “What do you think I am trying to do?” said Aleha. As we raced Torin we noticed we had lost a considerable amount of fuel. “Stop going so fast, or else we will run out of fuel before we reach Mercury. Aleha continued to blast at Torin, and continued to maintain her reckless pace. Once we were on Mercury Aleha waited for Torin. Once Torin landed, Aleha laughed at him, and blasted ice at him, calling him a slowpoke. “I need to make repairs on my spaceship thanks to you!” said Torin. “Your welcome.” said Aleha. The two started arguing on whether firing lasers in a race in fair or unfair. We all walked through Mercury but as we walked through it looked like nobody was there. “How can we hear each other when sound doesn’t travel on Mercury.” I asked. “That’s because this isn’t Mercury.” said a voice. “This is a moon created by Gahzon” the voice added. “Gahzon? Who is he?” said Valdor. “He is an evil king who plans on ruling the whole solar syst-” There were blaster sounds and the voice was cut off. Valdor grabbed us and we ran towards the sound of the blaster. We saw a group of people surrounding an old man. I teleported us behind a barrel, close to where the group of people wearing strange armor were. The people said, “You know the price of giving out info about Gahzon!” “Yeah, this is the fifteenth time we have heard you spewing info.” added the smallest one. I melted one of the guards’ gun and he looked at the gun oddly. Valdor blasted a red tornado at three guards, and then Aleha froze one. Tenny flown at them, and then punched two, knocking them across the alley. We picked up the old man, and Valdor, and flown towards our spaceship. The old man pulled some charges out of his pockets, and started dropping them as we flown across the moon. I asked, “What is the name of this moon, so we can add it to our map? “Neola” said the old man. We flown to the ship, and asked the old man if he wanted to join our journey. “I would love to leave this place!” said the old man. “What is your name.” said Aleha. “Grizzur” said Grizzur. We left the moon known as Neola, and continued to head to Mercury. ~7~

9. Chapter 3 Gahzon’s Trap We left Neola and headed towards Mercury. We landed on Mercury and Tenny said something, but, nobody could hear it, we just saw his mouth move. A flame shot at us, we all moved out of the way of the fire. We looked at a teen with dark, brown, and messy hair. He smirked and blasted another fireball at us. Valdor through masks at us, we put them on and were able to talk. “Why did you blast fire at us?!” said Aleha. He smirked, “You call that fire?” “This is what I call fire” said the teenager. A huge inferno of fire blasted around him raging for a good seventy feet. “Whoa! Are you a planet-heir?” said Aleha. “No.” said the teenager. “My little brother is.” said the teenager. I thought that if he wasn’t the planet heir then surely his brother must be stronger then he is. “Is your little brother stronger than you are?” asked Valdor. “Yes, to him, I am as weak as a fly is to a lion.” said the teenager. “But, my brother is in Gahzon’s tower awaiting your arrival.” he added after taking a moment to breathe. We started walking towards a big tower that we guessed was Gahzon’s. Then Aleha said, “Doesn’t Gahzon want to take over the solar system, maybe he wants to lure us into a trap. When we had gotten to the tower the door slid open. When it did, a bunch of guards blasted us with stun lasers. I focused on making a hurricane, but caused only a cool gust of wind. “Don’t try to use your powers, these stun blasters have been designed to stop them.” said a tall guard. We were led to the top floor of a seemingly endless tower, full of stairs and halls. At the top, we saw a man wearing armor, who was looking out the window. “Ah, yes, you must be the ‘saviors of the solar system’ ” said the man. “Gahzon, why do you want to take over the solar system?” said Tenny. “Gahzon? I am not Gahzon I am his highest general. Potyx” said Potyx. “If your are not Gahzon, then were is he?” I asked. He said Gahzon isn’t in this solar system right now. We saw a boy in a ball of flame, and he said, “Do not keep them here as prisoners. Let me destroy them instead.” The boy ordered the guards to release us. We were brought in a room, “I want to fight the one from Jupiter first.” said the boy. Valdor walked forward, but the boy was above Valdor and kicked him in the side of the head. Valdor was sent flying and then crashed into a wall. Valdor fired a tornado but it was stopped by the boy’s flames. Valdor moved at lightning speeds, but the boy was faster. He punched Valdor with a flaming fist, and knocked Valdor on his back. He put a blue flame under Valdor’s neck. “I will put flames under all who I defeat. I will release the flame if one of you beats me, but if all of you are defeated the flames will burn you to shreds. ~8~

10. Tenny volunteered to be next. Tenny walked forward, and then flown at the boy. Their forearms met in an attempt to back-hand the other person’s forehead. Tenny pushed the kid back, but his victory was short lived. A gigantic flame impacted Tenny, and then Tenny fell to his knees. The two dashed at each other, but Tenny swerved around the boy. Tenny kicked the boy in the back and knocked him forward. The boy span and blasted fire out in all directions, then teleported beside Tenny, and flame-kicked Tenny straight into the air. Tenny stopped himself from hitting the ceiling by flying but the boy was right in front of Tenny. He grabbed Tenny by the neck, and slammed him into the ground. He placed a blue flame under Tenny’s neck. “I shall be your opponent” I said. I stepped forward, then I rushed at him head-on. A fired a blast of acid at him but he blocked it with a wall of ice. He was in front of me and then punched me. I crashed into a wall of ice, and then it rapped around me. I was frozen in a huge block of ice. He shot flame beside the ice then teleported by the block of ice. He looked at me and then put a blue flame under my neck. “You are next.” he said, pointing at Aleha. She walked forward. Then fired a huge blizzard at him. She dashed through the blizzard and chopped the boy in the neck. He fell to his knees, but then he back flipped with flames on his legs. She was knocked into the air, and then fired a huge block of ice at him. He melted the block but was punched in the gut. She then kicked him in the head. He was shot at a wall but he landed on it. He was in front of her, but she uppercut him in the chin. She began to punch him repeatedly in the face. Her hair flown straight up, and her eyes became completely blue, a giant beam of snow hit him in the gut, and knocked him unconscious. The flames under our necks dispersed. We tied him up in electric binders and then left. Once we left, we walked back to the room where the general was looking out the window. He was still there and said, “So he was defeated. Go on, take him with you on your journey.” So we went back and took him to our spaceship. As we were walking towards our ship, we heard, “So you made it through Gahzon’s trap!” said the teenager. We nodded and entered the spaceship. As we left Mercury, the boy woke up. “Where are you taking me?” he said. “Do you want to go to Earth, or follow us on our journey?” Valdor asked. We decided to head to Saturn next, “I want to go to Earth.” said the boy. We turned towards Earth, and got there in a few hours. As we landed on Earth, the boy got out, and blasted the ship. He then fled. We had all escaped the blast but our ship was in no condition to fly. “That dirty traitor!” said Aleha. We all went to my house. I told everyone to wait outside so I can tell mom our current situation. I entered the house and explained everything to my mother. “Were will everyone sleep?” asked my mother. I explained that Valdor has portable beds, for anyone who does not have a bed to sleep on. ~9~
