Program Leader Site Coordinator A Program Leader is a frontline staff member who works directly with youth inside and outside of the classroom. Usually this is the entry level position for a new person. A Site Coordinator is a site supervisor who supervises frontline staff members and oversees site operations. Activities are simply that, individual activities that are hands-on, engaging and fun and standards-based. Kits are a collection of activities around a single theme or type which will give you a variety of options to use with your young people. Units are a series of lessons that are combined to promote investigation, hands-on experiences, and new learning. Units are usually 6-12 lessons in length. Remember that products are created by a variety of C4K experts, so don’t be surprised if the format is slightly different. Toolboxes are separated by PL and SC resources.
