In November 2011, we decided to beginourtrip to historywith a localmuseumcalled TheMainBuilding of National Museum of Szczecin.
TheMainBuildingof National Muzeum, Szczecin • The building was built between 1908 and1913 • The founder and organizer of the facility was Lech Krzekotowski • Itis run by theMinistry of Culture and National Heritage • In thebeginning, the City Museumwas located here. It was officially opened on June 23,1913, andexhibitedarts collections • It is located on the Chrobrego Embankments • Now, itcomprises 5 depatments: marine, numismatics, education, ethnography of Pomerania, outside-europeancultures
