Wesling resolution • Internationalization successful but incomplete • More off-shore conferences • Perception of IEEE as US body persists • Impose change from “tech sponsorship” to financial • Off-shore conferences • Also US technical co-sponsored conferences? • Other financial equity issues with conferences • Better surplus to Chapter than management partner? • Solution: Committee or internationalization?
