  12. Pre/Post Test Data • After lessons on Programs of Study and graduation requirements, almost all eighth graders knew the requirements for high school graduation.

  13. Closing the Gap: Gr. 6 Student GPA’s Students were identified as potentially at-risk by their 5th Grade teachers in May ’09 based on students’ grades, test scores, homework completion rate, and degree of support at home.
