Pre/Post Test Data • After lessons on Programs of Study and graduation requirements, almost all eighth graders knew the requirements for high school graduation.
Closing the Gap: Gr. 6 Student GPA’s Students were identified as potentially at-risk by their 5th Grade teachers in May ’09 based on students’ grades, test scores, homework completion rate, and degree of support at home.

Process Data We must provide documented evidence of the implemented components of the School Counseling Program We cannot conduct a program audit and analyze the results without the evidence!
