State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) New OSEP Proposed Indicator A comprehensive, multi-year plan, moving from individual indicator improvement activities to broad strategies focused on improving results for students with an IEP. Will be used in determinations FFY 2013 to FFY 2018 SSIP A “significant piece of work” Comprehensive, ambitious yet achievable plan
