The Mushrooms • Shop N Save – Button Mushrooms • 1 quart – 20 mushrooms • 2 quarts – 45 mushrooms • 4 quarts – 125 mushrooms

Ingredients • Mushrooms • Hamburger Meat* • Chopped Onions • Worcestershire Sauce • * Rachael Ray used pork.

Let’s Cook Now that everything has been laid out, let the fun begin!
Cooking Hygiene • Place your hair in a hair net. • Remove all jewelry. • Put on an apron. • Thoroughly wash and dry your hands.
Recipe • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. • Cook the hamburger meat and drain it. • Place the cream cheese on the stove to soften it. • Rinse the mushrooms and remove the stems. • Chopped the stems up and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Recipe cont’d. • Add to the bowl: cream cheese, chives, onions, shredded cheese, 2 table spoons of Worcestershire sauce and the seasoning of your choice. • After the hamburger meat has drained, add it to the mixture. • Mix it well and spoon it into the mushrooms. • Bake them on a oiled sprayed cookie sheet for 30 minutes. • Serve warm and enjoy!
