Shading Pumpkins with pastels. A three-dimensional circle is called a sphere. To make a sphere look 3D you have to do some shading. Create a light spot on the surface of the circle. Shade dark near the edges of the circle and get lighter and lighter near the middle.

  1. Shading Pumpkins with pastels A three-dimensional circle is called a sphere. To make a sphere look 3D you have to do some shading. Create a light spot on the surface of the circle. Shade dark near the edges of the circle and get lighter and lighter near the middle. Add some shading on the ground too, for an extra shadow effect.
