  5. Current Cheat Sheets Issue • Sheets are on different documents • Needs updating • Location of information scattered • Secondary area of sales for people • No universal template

  6. Solution • Reorganize the cheat sheet template • Fix formatting problems • Clean up sheets • Contact hotels to verify the sheets are up to date • Combine all documents into one
