To flow CAFS (foam) 1) Engage pump. 2) Engage CAFS Compressor.

To flow CAFS (foam) 1) Engage pump. 2) Engage CAFS Compressor. Bleed air manifold: open an air valve (not to hose) for a moment. Close all air valves. Raise RPMs to 1000. Turn on CAFS Compressor. Switch is in cab, near pump switch. Compressor may ‘scream’ after a few moments. Ignore.

To flow CAFS (foam) • 1) Engage pump. • 2) Engage CAFS Compressor. • Bleed air manifold: open an air valve (not to hose) for a moment. • Close all air valves. • Raise RPMs to 1000. • Turn on CAFS Compressor. Switch is in cab, near pump switch. • Compressor may ‘scream’ after a few moments. Ignore. • 3) Flow water from preconnects or left 2½. • 4) Add surfactant (red button on foam computer, on pump panel). • 5) Open air valve for that hose line. • Reverse order to shut down.
