Objectives: Participants will be able to- • Clarify pertinent definitions of CUSTOMER SERVICE and how difference components apply to any healthcare profession • Clarify profession-specific CUSTOMER SERVICE behaviors that are essential to providing patients excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE • Clarify personal goals in CUSTOMER SERVICE that can impact your own life.
