  1. Click the START button in the bottom left corner of the screen. STEP 1

  2. STEP 2 Right click on My Computer

  3. Select Properties STEP 3

  4. Select the Computer Name tab. STEP 4

  5. Email this computer name to wjking0@email.uky.edu with the title "AD Workstation Name". STEP 5

  6. Wait for the email response saying it is OK to proceed with the rest of the steps. STEP 6

  7. Click "Change" STEP 7

  8. Now click the little circle next to "Domain" STEP 8

  9. Fill in the blank with "ad.uky.edu" (without the quotes of course) STEP 9

  10. Click "OK" and you will be prompted for a username/password. Enter "AD\wsadd" for the User name and "Temppass09" for the Password and click "OK". STEP 10

  11. It will ask you to restart click "No" and then close the remaining windows. STEP 11

  12. Right-Click on "My Documents" and click "Properties" STEP 12

  13. Make sure the Target reads "N:\My Documents\" STEP 13

  14. Go to My Computer and open the Local Disk (C:) STEP 14

  15. Open Documents and Settings STEP 15

  16. Select your local username STEP 16

  17. At this point you should copy your "Desktop" and "Favorites" folder into your "My Documents" STEP 17

  18. Select Tools, then select Folder Options STEP 18

  19. In the View tab, select Show Hidden files and folders STEP 19

  20. Open Local Settings folder STEP 20

  21. Open Application Data folder STEP 21

  22. Open Microsoft folder STEP 22

  23. Copy the Outlook folder STEP 23

  24. Open My Documents folder STEP 24

  25. Paste the Outlook folder into the My Documents folder STEP 25

  26. Should look like the above picture STEP 26

  27. Click START, and select Control Panel STEP 27

  28. Click Switch to Classic View on the Left side of the window. STEP 28

  29. Open Add or Remove Programs STEP 29

  30. Remove ZENworks Desktop Management Agent STEP 30

  31. REMOVE the Novell Client for Windows STEP 31

  32. Remove NICI. STEP 32

  33. Restart Your Computer STEP 33

  34. Put in your AD (LinkBlue) username/password and hit "OK". STEP 34
