Thai meaing 2. English meaning 3. Sentence Example • Group Presentation (PowerPoint / Game etc.): • MT Review Week 7: Unit 1 2 3 • Final Review Week 14: Unit 4 5 6

Writing Assignment & Class Discussion 5 points • Writing Assignment (Individual Work) • An application letter, resume, company profile, memo, e-mail • Research & TellFind more information of the unknown and interesting key words in the reading passages Unit 1 - 6. Research for detailed information. Present your findings in front of the classroom. • Ex: What is Eindhoven? What is diversification? What is product range? Give more explanation. • Use some illustration, websites, books, refer to your sources of reference. Where do you get the information? • Answer the questions in the classroom.Study the textbook and do the word definitions or exercises before you come to class.

Outside Reading Reports(Individual Work) • Read 2 business articles related to the topics of the textbook and write the reports. • In exam, prepare to answer questions related the them!!! • MT1 Outside reading report: Retailing • FN 1 Outside reading report: Franchising • Each report consists of 4 Parts: • Part I: Summary • Part II: Personal Responses • Part III: 5 Questions & Answers • Part IV: Vocabulary(15 words )1. Business Project:Green Business(10 points) • 2 groups in competition to win 10 points! • Each group will set up a Simulated Company that produces and sells its own green products. • The green products have to be created under the concept of saving the environment. • To complete the project, students have to prepare: • A Board with details including the company name, logo, contact information, the product description: features, price, and promotion plan. • A Display of their product in an exhibition booth. If desired, the product may be for sale. • A Product Presentation which includes: introducing their company, product description, demonstrating how the product works, and a promotion plan. • A Feedback Report which includes responses to organizing the project, such as satisfaction, experiences, preferences, and knowledge gained from the project.

  10. Attendance • Students who are absent more than 15 periods (R+W+C) are not allowed to take the final exam. • Missing classes will automatically equate to missing works. • Late submission of assignments will not be accepted.

  11. Business Ethics • You have a large order of new products ready to deliver to a key customer. You have just discovered a flaw in the manufacturing process. Even though the product looks OK, it will not meet a critical performance specification and will probably malfunction in the field. However, your company has severe cash flow problems and you urgently need the cash from this order. If you ship, you will have the cash from your customer before the problem is discovered. • What action do you take? • Why?
