  3. Areas affected • Management, Administration and Supervision • Street Lighting • General Highway maintenance • Highway and Footway reconstruction programmes • Urgent repairs • Bridges and structures • Traffic management • Highway Drainage • Asset Management

Proposed timetable • Executive report approved – 28th June 2010 • Staff Briefing – 6th July 2010 • ‘At risk’ letters issued – 6th July 2010 • Detailed report approved – w/c 26th July 2010 • Staff Briefing on detailed proposals – 27th July 2010 • Formal Consultation period - July to September 2010 • Seek volunteers for voluntary severance or redundancy - July to September 2010 • Formal Approval to new structure – November 2010 • Redundancy selection and appointments – December 2010 to January 2011 • Implementation – February 2011
