  2. We don’t believe in nickel and diming you. As a new agent the last thing you need is to start paying monthly fees! That’s why we offer 2 different commission structures. If you are a new agent the best deal is to go with straight commission and no monthly fees. If you are a seasoned agent, the $99 a month fee is your most cost effective route.

  3. First lets cover what Karen Sue Realty is about. Karen Sue started in Real Estate in 2005 in Austin, Texas. She also started her own Home Staging company called Sellright Home Staging. Staging all her listings in record time and for top dollar, she was the go to agent if you wanted to sell your home in days. The record stands at “sold in 3 hours”.

  4. Back to Florida Moving back to Palm Beach County, Florida and receiving her Florida Brokers license in 2014 her goal is to be the go to Brokerage firm for selling listings in record time.

  11. What we are looking for in an agent We are not looking to add 50 or 100 agents. We want a few agents that we can keep busy! As a full time Realtor you need a minimum of 1 closing a month to survive and 2 closings a month to live better than you do now.
