VULNERABLE ADULTS • The populations served by WDVA Homeless Programs are vulnerable adults. • They are all subject to injury, abuse, or attack. • They are open to criticism or censure and are prone to temptation or persuasion. • They depend upon others or programs for services – they are the needy and suffering veterans.

ESTATE MANAGEMENT • Fiduciary Services for Incompetent Veterans • Self-Supporting Program • VA Charges and SSA Fees • Reinvests Revenue Back into Program • Processes over 4,500 checks monthly • Performance Standards • Ensure clients income provides for basic needs (food, shelter, clothing) • Apply balance to clients’ financial obligations (Debt Management)
