Final Thoughts • NIATx offers a comprehensive process improvement guide and tools, on its website, to assist you with implementing change and adopting new technologies. • Technology innovations for our field are here to stay and constantly evolving. The two biggest challenges I see as we move forward are: • How to adapt your system to take full advantage of your chosen technologies to benefit you and your clients; and • How to ensure your humanity is infused in all you do, so using technology enhances, not inhibits your ability to touch others.
