Player Development Focus • As in years past, we will continue to focus on four key areas: • Skating– Continue to be known as an Organization that develops good skaters. Focus on “Speed”, quick feet mobility & agility. • Passing – Emphasis the importance of passing • Body Contact – angling and playing for puck • Cross Ice & Small Ice Games – develop the skills of reading & reacting to the play through situational play i.e. 1 on 1, 2 on 1, 3 on 2, 3 on 3, etc. • Keeping it Fun
Player Development Focus • Ice Utilization • Off-Ice Activities (Develop Athletes) - Morning Run Video • Use of New Team Room - Productive Coaching Meetings - Team Meetings - Video Analysis (Game & Practice) • Implementation of ADM • Continue focus on skill development • Knowing same basic systems (ie. man on man down low)

The American Development Model (ADM) provides ALL AGE LEVEL appropriate guidelines and curriculum. Focus now will be Squirts & Pee Wees.
