  2. Overview of the Four Phases • WER Dev Refresh completes 11/22/2011 • Migration WER Dev to CSIT/UAT 1/10/2012 • Production 1 (inactive data) 1/19/2012 • Production 2 (active data) 2/14/2012 • Staff is committed part time as available and daily production responsibilities will have priority

  3. Refresh WER Dev • Refresh Dev from WER Prod with comparison of MSP, financials and reports • Testing includes the rebuilding of the “stored” MS project plans • Completes on 11/22/2011

  4. WER Dev migration to CSIT Staging • Assumptions: Dev refresh testing completes on 11/22 • Thanksgiving blackout 11/23 to 11/27- no work • Migration 11/28-12/8, UAT 12/8-12/16 resuming 1/2/2012-1/10/2012

  5. WER UAT Details • After data is moved to CSIT staging, WER UAT proceeds • UAT stops 12/16 when resources go on PTO and restarts in 1/2 and completes 1/10

  6. Production Phase 1 – inactive data • No outage is involved • Migration of inactive data

  7. Production Phase 2 –active data • The Production migration of active data has a 3 day outage on 2/9 – 2/11 for both WER and WWC environments • Validation to be performed by all Business Unit Clarity Functional admins on 2/12 • In service Monday 2/13

  8. Final day activities - details • By 3pm on 2/12 production validation starts for validation WER, WHG and WVO • By 8pm on 2/12 final go/no go
