Sponsorship Proposal. The Event. We are going to host a ping pong tournament The tournament will be located in the Green Hope High School main gym on December 4 th at 12 noon Our goal is to raise $500 for the Carying Place We anticipate between 150 and 200 people showing up.

The Event • We are going to host a ping pong tournament • The tournament will be located in the Green Hope High School main gym on December 4th at 12 noon • Our goal is to raise $500 for the Carying Place • We anticipate between 150 and 200 people showing up
Tournament Set Up • The tournament will be dual bracket • There will be both singles and doubles • Singles entry costs $5 and doubles $8 • We anticipate 40 entries • We will provide music for entertainment. We are also working on getting a local celebrity to show up.
Sponsorship Packages • Title sponsorship will cost $150. The title sponsor will have their name featured above the gym entrance. • Gold sponsorships will cost $75 and silver will cost $50. Bronze level will cost $25. • An additional $25 charge will be added if exclusivity within a sponsor’s field is wanted (not available for bronze level).
Packages Cntd. • All sponsors will have their name on the event brochure, with Gold names being larger. • Bronze sponsorships will only have the name listed, not the logo. • We will have 2 banners in the gym: 1 for the title sponsor and 1 for gold, silver, and bronze levels.
