Consent Agenda • Order accepting the sole source proposal of SyTech Corporation for the purchase of an ADACS Digital Pen Register System, network service, licensing, and maintenance contract at an estimated cost of $50,180.00 to be paid over a three-year period; to be funded through the Federal Forfeiture Account.
