3 Way Progression • First Progression is where player 1 passes to player 2 and runs and replaces player 2 spot. Then player 2 passes to player 3 and replaces player 3 spot. Then player 3 passes to player 4 and replaces player 4 and player 4 runs to the end of the line.

3 Way Progression Cont. • Third Progression is where player 1 passes to player 2 and runs to replace player 2. Then player 2 plays a leading pass to player 3 who starts off their mark. Player 2 continues to replace player 3 while receiving a returning pass, from player 3 Then player 3 continues around waiting line of players to receive a pass from Player 2 who dribbled around the marker cone. Lastly player 3 then lays the ball off to the next player in line and rejoins the line.
Dive Bomber • All players line up at 18 yard line. Player will hold ball directly in front of them self with their arms straight ahead. While running toward the goal, player will then drop the ball and attempt to strike the ball with their laces, without stopping. Object is to knock down as many cones as possible. Player should be focused on the ball and their laces. To keep the ball low enough to strike the cones, body position and foot position must be exact.
The Dummy Run • The free kick is set up with two players around the ball, and two to the right giving the impression of a lay off and shot. The ball is laid off to player 3 and player 4 makes a dummy run as if to hit it on the run. Player 1 makes a sneaky run to the left edge of the box. The ball instead is squared back to player 2, who now has two options. Option A is to shoot. If defenders have closed down quickly: Option B is a lay off pass to player 1, Player 1 then plays a square pass across the box to player 3. Player 3 shoots, and hopefully scores.....

Put the emphasis on the defense of the defender. Rotation: Defender goes to the top of the penalty area. Offense becomes defense. And the passer goes to the other corner. Variation: Add a goaltender. 2.
Indian Play • This is a play that is used when we have the in bounds on their side of the field. #1 throws the ball to #3 #2 runs up and receives a pass from #3 #1 runs up into the goal box and receives a pass from #2 #1 shoots MAKE GOOD, FAST PASSES! The Defense will wise up to this if it is done too slow. Dribble around the Defense and go! Legend of Picture: Double Line = Shoot - - - - Line= Pass Single Line = Player Runs Up To There
