  5. Qualifying Questions: • Are they short on upfront cash – low affordability? • Are they not keen on forking out a lot of cash initially? • Are they waiting for software to be configured for their POS System? • Is someone trying to sell them a “free” unit? • Do they have a short term need?

Scenario 1 • Rent the Terminal at our Buy Rate. • Example: VeriFone, Vx510 PCI-PED, 3Mb, Dial - $13.00 per month(6 month minimum) • Low monthly cost for the merchant. • You get the processing. • Will enable you to ethically compete with other terminal programs offering supposedly “FREE” terminals. • Happy Merchant= Referrals. • One of partner says “ Your program is very fair to the merchant. It might not be great commission right away but in the long run…it works out great for me and the merchant”

Scenario 2 • Rent the Terminal by Marking it Up. • Example: VeriFone, Vx510 PCI-PED, 3Mb, Dial - $13.00 per month(6 month minimum) • Merchant Rate:$25.00 per month ($12.00 monthly residual) • Earn residuals for the life of the rental. • Merchant gets a fully compliant unit. • Flexible Terms. • Free Repair/ Replacement unlike Leasing & Buying.

Scenario 3 • Rent the Terminal for a short term need. • Example: VeriFone, Vx510 PCI-PED, 3Mb, Dial - $30.00 per month(1 month minimum) • Merchant Rate:$75.00 per month. • Easy Hassle Free Solution. • Charge a Premium for getting them a unit without • investing a lot of dollars. • Great reference example – “I needed a terminal for • my barbecue event, Andy arranged one for me”

Overcoming barriers • “I don’t have too much cash” – Not a deal breaker, you don’t need it for rentals. • “I have no clue which terminal will work for me” – Rent for 2-3 months, switch if it’s not right. • “I don’t want to buy and get stuck with a unit that becomes outdated” – Rent and upgrade whenever you feel the need. We offer free repair/ replacement as well. • “I am getting a free unit” – Not Really! Set Up fees, Administrative charges, High Interchange rates.
