  2. EARLY LIFE • Noah Webster was born in 1758. • Noah Webster was born in Connecticut. • John Webster was state governor in the mid-1600’s. • Noah Webster’s dad was a farmer.

  3. LATER LIFE • Noah Webster married Rebecca Greenleaf. • They had seven children. • None of them became famous. • They went to college. • He became a teacher and he made a newspaper.

  4. WHY I AM FAMOUS • He wrote the dictionary. • He wrote the famous spelling book. • He was part government. • He wrote a newspaper.

  5. HISTORICAL EVENTS • He became a teacher. • He wrote the famous spelling book. • He became a pamphleteer for centralized government.

  6. DEATH • He died in 1843. • He was 96 when Noah Webster died.

  7. cONCLUSION • I like him because he liked to read books. • He was a good person. • He got up to 96 years old.
