Early to bed, early to rise... • Lack of sleep can lead to low energy levels during the day • Create a bedtime routine early on in their childhood. • No television or music should be allowed during this time. • Get them to freshen up, brush their teeth, change into their night clothes, and then read them a story. • This will help them wake up early, happy and full of energy.
