Before the big bang, scientist believe that the entire vastness of the universe, including all of its matter and radiations, was compressed into a hot, dense mass just a few millimetres across, this nearly incomprehensible state is theorised to have existed for just a fraction of the first second, from this compressed dense, there has been suggestions that 10 to 20 billion years ago, a massive explosion allowed all the universe’s, known matters and energy even space and time it self, to spring to life from some ancient and unknown type of energy. This explosion is the big bang, and as a explosion is expanded everywhere, from this bang planets were made, and universes were made, the world as we know it is still expanding, all from the big bang, the bang that started life.

History of the big bang The big bang theory was famously found by Edwin hubble but the original finder of the big bang theory was Georges Lemaitre, George Lemaitre was a priest, he worked in a Belgium cathedral, father George Lemaitre born in 1894, maybe the most important physicist you’ve likely never heard of, Lemaitre was responsible for the idea of the universe is only not expanding but the universe has expanded from an original dense state, primeval atom was the big bang original name, now we call it the big bang, the seed of the idea comes from Albert Einstein, and his theory of general relativity, Einstein theory was that if gravity was pulling in there must be another force that is pushing out, keep the universe in balance, but Einstein was wrong, instead from Einstein’s mistake Lemaitre realised that maybe the is no equal weight but in fact, the universe is expanding and for it to be expanding, it would have started small and would have given a opening explosion to make them expand, but because Lemaitre was a priest his worlds wasn’t listen to, his theory the primeval theory, wasn’t listen to till Edwin Hubble, proved from a use of telescope that the universe is expanding and he called it the big bang theory. Edwin Hubble, Edwin worked at the Mount Wilson observatory, one of the best at the time, Edwin was well taught and went to the best university, one of them was the queens oxford university, that was the best university of that time.

Edwin Hubble Using the George Ellery hale telescope Edwin noticed that the universe is expanding the way he realised this is by red shift, Hubble looked at one universe and found that the level of brightness has changed, different stars with different brightness, Hubble continue to study this light level change, and used the data collect to calculate the distance of the stars, from him calculations’ this star and the galaxy it was part of was much further away then anyone would have imagined, and the universe was much larger then the milk way galaxy, from the level of light he got from the star he realised that there is different colours to different stars, and realised that the close stars are blue coloured compared to the further away that are red, an example would be the sky because of the sun light it gives the sky light that is coloured blue because it is nearest to us, from this he started realising that the light carried on changing its level as if it is expanding, from this expansion, he believed that every thing must have been together all forced in to each other, then like an explosion it expanded everywhere like the galaxy, from this Hubble made the theory that a explosion, a big bang started life.

There is still experiments going on for example the Russian collider is used to find out if the big bang existed, but originally George discovered the big bang but called it the primeval atom, a force that was joined that expanded and made the universe it is now, from the help of Einstein, the must be an opposite of gravity so that nothing full’s on earth, George realised that what if the universe was expanding but not closing in, George wasn’t heard of because he was a priest, he went round many convention, but religion and science wouldn’t mix at that time. Then Edwin found out a different universe with stars, had different light levels from this he was studying, the light levels and found different light was different measurements away from each other, so from this he made a discover of red shift, that red meant the furthest, then he discovered that the universe was still expanding from red shift, so this meant that the universe started small then like a explosion it expanded every were, and from this information came the big bang theory the most popular theory of all time.

6. Conclusion. So the whole universe was in a hot dense state, then nearly fourteen billion years ago the expansion started, from the big bang, the bang that exploded and expanded the universe to give life as it is.
