Schedule • Leaders Gatherings (mutual support, training) • Interfacing with Elders, Deacons, Counseling • Discussing how to deal with issues • On and Off Ramps—good times for people to join in, or to transition groups • Make members more aware; develop consistent expectations • Accommodate short-term groups • Need to have a strategic rhythm

  9. How to Get Curriculum • On Hand • Approval • Purchase or Reimbursement • Reliable Sources Curriculum Content Must Be Consistent With Faircreek Community Church Statement of Faith

Getting Curriculum • Identify Curriculum • Resource Cabinet • Research on your own • Before Purchasing (Beginning Jan 13) • Curriculum Review by FCC Leadership • Author, Publisher, Title, start date • If Self-developed study • Reference material and outline to FCC Leadership • FCC Purchase (On calendar cycle) • ~ 3 weeks lead time with information to FCC Office • Minimum Info: how many of what, recommended source • Leaders materials purchased by FCC • Upon class completion – remains in Resource Cabinet • Participant Guides: envelop with suggested donation

  11. Getting Curriculum continued • Leader Purchase • FCC will reimburse Leaders Materials • Turn in receipt to the church office with explanations: • Who to reimburse • Community name and study • Leader arranges reimbursement of participant materials
