  4. Introductions • Name(s) • What Has Been a Challenge for Your Group this Past Year? • What Do You Plan to Study In This Coming Year? • What Need Do You See Being Met?

Faircreek Leader Training • Applicable to All Leaders • Six Areas of Development • Prayer, knowledge of the Word and Applying it including an understanding of the gospel and doctrine • Expectations of being a leader (1 Timothy 3, Titus 1) • Building relationships/caring for friends • Helping people identify their next steps for spiritual growth • Helping people to take their next steps - being a discipler • Multiplying yourself - leadership development

Open to Everyone Sunday at Faircreek Family Focused Family Room Cafe Men Women Career Age Singles College Age Singles Start Here Family Ministry Center At least one Cmty Leader (or a representative) attend Community Connection If possible, a 2nd representative to assist with directing potential members to the right leaders

Community Connection Potential Member definitely interested: - Community Leader (CL) completes small card and gives to potential new member • Potential member completes 4x6 card and leaves with CL -- CL writes their community name on bottom of card -- CL ensures name and email of potential member is included on card -- CL gives card to Linda/Jim/Wade -- Card goes to FCC office for input into Fellowship1 system --- Update to Fellowship1 creates a “prospect” -- CL receives “prospect” email and contacts potential new member -- CL adds person to membership when they begin participating in the community

Community Connection Cont’d Potential Member is interested but can’t commit: - CL may complete small card and give to potential member • CL asks potential member is to complete 4x6 card and leaves with CL or gives it to Linda/Jim/Wade for follow-up -- If the prospect is potentially interested in the community CL writes their community name on bottom of card -- CL ensures name and email of potential member is included on card -- CL encourages the prospect to include the type of community they are interested in somewhere on the card -- Card goes to FCC office for follow-up - CL may direct person to another CL for info

  10. Process for Contacts Contact is Received (Bulletin Interest, Sign up Card, Call) at Church Office (non-small group finder) Response Process: • Letter from Pastor Greg to person interested • Office makes "contact" in Fellowship One • Contact transfers to Linda • Linda sends email • 2 week follow up by phone • Close or transfer contact
