The Achievements • Work on multiple aspects related dynamic spectrum management, including spectrum usage modeling, policy/marketing, core technologies, testbed/platform, etc. • Received the Overseas Young Investigator Award from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) in 2007 • Received the Chinese Young Scientists Award by China Association for Science and Technology in 2011 • Received the Best Paper Awards from various international conferences, including Globecom, ICC, ICDCS, Qshine, etc. • Core technologies transferred to Huawei Corp. and Alcatel-Lucent Corp. • International patents for related technologies
