How To Score & Beat Your Opponent • If the Overall Number of SKU’s is between1 and 7.99, then each team will receive anextra point (1) for every .10 change • If the Average Number of SKU’s is between8 and 12.99, then each team will receivea safety (2 points) for every .10 change • If the Average Number of SKU’s is over13, then each team will receive afield goal (3 points) for every .10 change

Smockdown Details • Contest runs from September 1stthrough November 18th • 7-Eleven Team will track results and updates will be provided by Bruce Jacobson and also in the Crown Weekly Update • Weekly winners will be determined (most points scoredfor the week) and the MDM and GM from the winningteam will each receive a $50 Gift Card from 7-Eleven • Golden Smock of Retail Excellence to be awarded to the BU VP with the winning team at the 2012 National Sales Meeting • Business Units contribute $2000 to be awarded tothe charity of 7-Eleven’s choice in 2012.
