  4. Current Average SKU’s Available (ASA)By Business Unit Last 90 Day Distribution Report (through 01/18/12)

How To Score & Beat Your Opponent • If overall ASA is less than 7.99, then score a ‘free throw’ (1 pt.)for every .10 change • If overall ASA is between 8.0 and 12.99, then score a ‘field goal’ (2 pts.) for every .10 change • If overall ASA is greater than 13.0, then score a ‘three-pointer’ (3 pts.)for every .10 change • * New sku placement must be incremental (i.e. cannot replace another Crown sku)

  6. Smockdown Details • Contest runs from March 1stthrough April 30th in order to secure distribution BEFORE peak selling season (i.e. “Big When It Matters!) • Earn bonus points by securing new distribution early in the contest. Scoring will be weighted:- weeks 1-3  points scored will be tripled (3x)- weeks 4-6  points scored will be doubled (2x)- weeks 7-8  no bonus points given • 7-Eleven Team will track results and updates will be provided by Bruce Jacobson and also in the Crown Weekly Update • Golden Smock of Retail Excellence to be awarded to the BU VP with the winning team at the 2013 National Planning Meeting In September (TBD)
