Anti Bribery Compliance • Alvarion, as a publicly traded company in the United States and in Israel, is subject to a number of Anti Bribery laws, including: • FCPA (the US Federal Foreign Corrupt Practices Act from 1977) regarding all of its activities, in the US and globally • OECD Convention on Anti Bribery applies to all members • UK Anti Bribery Act (effecting business in the UK, or by UK nationals) and includes commercial bribery • Other domestic anti bribery laws that apply…….
