  3. Beverly Hills is Heavily Dependent on MWD for its Water Public Works Commission and Dept. of Public Works developed and City Council approved in overview a water management plan that would increase local supply to 25% % of Water Supply from MWD by City/Agency (Average for 2006-2015)
