  8. LCSW-C-Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical • LGSW & MSW degree • 2 years of supervision involving the assessment, formulation of diagnostic impression, treatment of mental disorders, and other conditions and provision of psychotherapy • LCSW-C supervisor
