Records Layout PLACE RECORDS IN THE FOLLOWIG ORDER: • Permanent Record • Project Records (Advancements - optional) • 4-H Story (not notes) • Photographs • Clippings/Letters (two pages)

Writing your 4-H story • Open with an interesting happening • Highlight all of this year’s projects & activities • Explain how 4-H helped you become a better leader or citizen • Describe how 4-H has influenced you and your future plans
Preparing Your 4-H photo Record • Three pages (one side only) • Don’t over lap your photos • Add captions and dates to each photo • Photography project - must include three additional pages
