  3. Universal Progress ILC • In March 2010 we officially announced the opening of our “Universal Progress” independent living center.

  4. Universal Progress ILC • Our Mission • 1) Public awareness (training in public schools, work with companies, organizations, TV, radio etc) • 2) Government support (legislative initiatives, inclusion in the welfare system, construction code, standards etc) • 3) capacity strengthening of Universal Progress Independent Living Center/ILC/ ( personal assistant system establishment, peer counseling, personal assistant certification, training of managers, coordinators, activities planning etc) • 4) Employment for persons with disabilities •   Information

Activities • Our center is the first promoter of the independent living in Mongolia.  Therefore   we need to involve ourselves into wide range of activities and works including: • ·        Advocacy • ·        Peer consulting • ·        ILP • ·        Personal assistant •   Information Universal Progress ILC
