Website: http://www.qu4rad.net The QU4RAD network is an international collaboration that aims to assist people (providers, users, citizens) improve their management of medicines for health care by facilitating communication, learning and experimentation and combining scientific, cultural and moral-ethical reasoning in a glocal (global and local) context.
GOALS of the network • To promote universal access to medicines according to the needs of the people • To encourage the best use of medicines according to scientific,cultural and moral reasoning (rational reasoning) • To improve knowledge and skills in health professionals, patients and citizens for the rational use of medicine • To obtain sustainable resources for the functioning of the network

Website Launch • 2nd Meeting of the partners held at Jaipur, from March 1 – 3, 2004 following the Promoting Rational Drug Use in the Community (PRUDC) workshop from Feb 23-28, 2004. • Dr. Krishantha Weerasuriya, Regional Advisor WHO SEARO chaired it and • Prof. Ranjit Roy Chaudhury, Health Advisor, Govt. of India chaired the launching of website www.qu4rad.net on Feb. 28,2004.
