Knowledge Center Mission Statement The CTMS Knowledge Center provides a central resource to house the critical informatics elements needed to execute clinical trials. Further, the Center is that point where the collection and integration of user and developer feedback facilitates a path to future improvement of workspace tools.

Summary of Value Added Elements • Provide support for end users • Installation and upgrading Suite install at adopter sites • Bug fixes and issue resolution of tools adopted in production • Fix issues with mapping data across CTMS tools • Hands-on training via conference calls and Web sessions • Respond to questions on the forums from adopters • Ongoing population and maintenance of the technology stack • Worked on creating a video for the CTMS Suite 2.3 • Start working on migration to Confluence Wiki • Wiki, forums, demo site, source code
