Directions: Students individually select a hot topic. (First come, first serve. No duplicates) Students create open-ended questions on their white boards. (10 minutes) ----------------------- Students create 2 circles facing one another. (30 minutes) Using onlinetimer.com on the Proboard, time each round at 45 seconds. -The inner circle will ask their questions during round 1- the outer circle will answer. -The outer circle will ask their questions during round 2- the inner circle will answer. ----------------------------- Students will then each select a classmate who’s response was the strongest and tell why. (5 min) ----------------------------- Once both rounds are complete, students will return to their seats, compile all of the viewpoints they heard into an outline and argumentative response. (30 minutes)
