LOGISTICS SUPPORT • PURPOSE • TO PROVIDE IMMEDIATE LOGISTICAL SUPPORT TO OPERATING UNITS TO SUSTAIN THE OPERATIONS • METHODS • JTF NOLCOM SHALL ESTABLISH FORWARD SUPPORT AREA THAT WILL PROVIDE CSS TO MANUEVER UNITS AND OTHER OPERATING UNITS; • JTF 4’S WILL FOCUS ON LOGISTICS DISTRIBUTION, MANAGEMENT OF MATERIEL AND MOVEMENTS FROM HNOLCOM TO SVNOB, STA ANA, CAGAYAN; CAUAYAN DOMESTIC AIRPORT;

IO Support Concept Purpose: to conduct information campaign that will win the support of the populace and international community, and to confuse and break the will to fight of the enemy Method: Public Affairs (PA), Information Support Affairs (ISA), Electronic Warfare (EW), Computer Network Operations (CNO), and Operations Security (OPSEC) End State: reduce C2 and decision-making capability of the enemy and protect and enhance the military forces decision-making processes
