Price increase dynamics in thefirst 3quarters of 2007 Increase by 19.1 % Source: redNet Property Consulting • Over the first 3quarters, prices increased by 19.1%. with about 10.6% in the 1st half and about 8.5% in the 3rdquarter.

Flat sales and completion • The positive dynamics in 3 quarter sales are still evident in comparison to a very good 2006, confirming that the company has the ability to fullfill customers’ requirements in regard to project location and project design. Projects – recordhigh land bank • The Company has completed projects comprising over 9,800 flats and houses. • At present the Company is in the process of constructing over 2,900 flats and apartments having a value of around PLN 1.2 billion • Dom Development also has a further 8,545 flats and houses under preparation. The value of these projects amounts to approx PLN 4.1 billion. • Dom Development is also currently negotiating the purchase of land for a further 11,900 units
