Flat sales and completion • In 1Q 2007 the results of Company’s strategy are evident – more popular flats and less high standard apartments • Sales in 1Q 2007 was as planned and was lower than the exceptionally high sales in 1 Q 2006 which constituted over 30% of sales in 2006 Sales Completed and delivered to clients

  9. Projects – high growth potential • By the end of 1Q 2007 the Company completed projects incorporating almost 9,000 flats and houses. • At present the Company is in the process of construction of over 2,600 flats and apartments of about PLN 1.4 billion • Dom Development plans to invest in the construction of 6,004 flats and houses. The value of those projects amounts to about PLN 2.7 billion.
