These theaters are designed and produced for Asiatic in China under OEM agreement with NINE SUNPLUS SYSTEMS, GUANGZHOU • These are prefabricated, preassembled, knocked down, transported in container • And assembled at site • These are true modular, stand alone and self supporting OEM PRODUCT FROM CHINA

4. Asiatic Modular Operation Theaters are designed and constructed with prefabricated stainless steel panels assembled to stand- alone, self-supporting structure for interior. • The stainless steel used is 304 grade (18%Cr; 8%Ni) 1.0/1.2mm thick; one side No. 4 satin finish and protected by PVC sheet. Optionally powder coated finish is also available • PVC sheet will be removed after completion of work. Walls and Ceiling

5. Standard panels will be 8feet x 4 feet in size • Corner panels short and with 300mm radius • Joints on wall panels cold welded and made seamless & sprayed by stainless steel spray • Supporting frames are galvanized steel sections mounted on floor and supported to ceiling slab • No brick walls for OT

6. Joints on ceiling panels are silicon sealed and seamless • Exterior of walls are 10mm thick particle board putty painted to light blue shade

7. Doors are hermetically sealing Automatic single panel sliding with sensors and touch button controls • Door panel made of particle board embedded in frames of extruded Aluminium sections • Doors have vision panels – 300mm x 300mm • Doors have handle to operate if needed • Door closing and parking are at differential speeds • Doors have collision protection DOORS

8. Flooring is Vinyl / FRP • Antistatic and conductive to high frequency • Provided with copper strips underneath • Double earthing provided • Flooring is seamless and scratch resistant • Stain resistant • 3mm thick on an average with curved skirting FLOORING

Vertical laminar flow – Four stage filter chain • Positive pressure in theaters – 25pa • Downward and outward displacement of air • Fine HEPA filter 0.3micron 99.7% efficiency • Temperature 20 – 22 degree Celsius • Relative humidity 55 – 65 • Air change 30 min – no turbulence • Air velocity at filter face 80 – 100 fpm AIR MANAGEMENT

10. Dedicated high static air purifier cum chiller for each OT – Dust filter, Pre-filter, Micro-V filter • Blue star gas based condenser • Double skin five section AHU • Air mixing – 80% recycling/20% fresh air • Imported high static DIDW blower fan • Humidifier and dehumidifier • Terminal membrane filter in plenum AIR PURIFICATION AND CHILLING
