About Greener Product LLC Company Overview Greener Product LLC, is a professional services and project developing firm providing renewable energy through photovoltaic (“PV”) and solar thermal technologies. Greener Product LLC model is to Build, Own, Operate and maintain solar generation facilities as small as 50 KW and utility scale facilities in the Gigawatt range.  In the Solar Smart model, we build all facilities with no cost to the customer.

TVA Generation Partners Program The Generation Partners Pilot Program Generation Partners supports homeowners and businesses that install small-scale renewable generating sources – solar panels or wind turbines, for example – on their property. Generation Partners puts ordinary users of TVA power into business generating renewable energy. SOLAR SMART PROGRAM Greener Product LL is offering homeowners, schools, businesses, non-profit organizations and municipalities in Tennessee and certain areas of the neighboring states (NC, GA, MS, AL, GA, KY) an opportunity to participate in the Solar Smart program. Under the program Greener Product leases your roof-top or land and shares the guaranteed revenue for 20 years. What if you could install a solar system at no cost, earn $1000 immediately and save on future energy cost?

  7. Host Requirements To qualify the participate must; • Have an available area of 10,000 sq. feet on a roof-top or land • Premises must be available for lease i.e. 20 years • Area must be free of shade all year • Roof (if applicable) must be structurally sound • Accessible metered location

  8. Program Benefits • GP installs, operates and maintains system • No Capital Cost • Revenue is shared with the host • Receive $1000 upon activation • Stable energy costs • Option to purchase the system • Revenue guaranteed for next 20 years

  10. PROCESS 1. Sign a Letter of Intent – indicating that you want to participate in Solar Smart Program 2. Greener Product will do a site review and approve the site for an installation 3. The parties enter into a 20 year lease agreement 4. The Solar System will be designed 5. TVA and local utility approvals obtained 6. System is inspected and energized
