愛的叮嚀. 不要有玩樂的心態，要認真且盡力去跑。接力區皆有黃色箭頭的標示，接力不要超過接力區才接力完畢。第五棒之後，請按各班排名順序，進入第一道接棒，不要讓要把棒子交給你的人跑到外跑道交棒給你，會浪費時間。. 400 公尺接力第 2 道不搶跑道跑原跑道. 棒次表：男生：第一棒：黃柏穎第二棒：許銘哲第三棒：李奇翰第四棒：徐秉煥. 400 公尺接力第 3 道不搶跑道跑原跑道. 棒次表：女生：第一棒：佘宗穎第二棒：游玟誼第三棒：張巧力
