Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Add to Cisco.com ProfileScreen 1 of 2 2 3 To Add a Bill to ID to a Cisco.com profile using the Manage by Number screen: • Screen 1 of 2: • Enter a Bill to ID that you manage. 1 OR • Select Add Bill to ID to Cisco.com profile. • Click the Submit button. OR 3 1 • Choose a Bill to ID. • Select Add Bill to ID to Cisco.com profile. 2 • Click on the Submit button. Note:You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool that you are not set up to manage it. See slide 71 for how to add Bill to IDs to your profile.
##### Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Add to Cisco.com ProfileScreen 2 of 2 Adding a Bill to ID to a Cisco.com profile does not allow the individual to use the Bill to ID for support access. If you want to provide service access, select “Add Bill to ID and Enable support access” instead. Once a Bill to ID has been chosen and the action Add Bill to ID to Cisco.com profile has been selected: • Screen 2 of 2: • Select one, many, or all individuals from the list. 1 Or, search for an individual and select them. • Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmationwill be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as each individual. 2 Note: If you cannot locate an individual in the tool, see the “Add Name” instructions on the next slide.
Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Add to Cisco.com ProfileScreen 1 of 2 2 3 To Add a Bill to ID to a Cisco.com profile using the Manage by Name screen: 1 • Screen 1 of 2: • Select a search attribute from the drop down list. • Enter the information you want to search for. • Click on the Search button. A list of individuals who match the search attribute and criteria you entered will appear. 4 6 • Choose the individual. 5 • Select Add Bill to ID to Cisco.com profile. • Click on the Submit button. Note: If you cannot locate an individual in the tool, see the “Add Name” instructions on slide 28.
