  4. Project and first deliverables • Models for the various transactions which may happen : • Transfer • Delivery • Modification • Destruction • Restitution • Each transaction consists of a set of messages represented by XML flows, complying with the recommendations of UN/CEFACT 4

  5. Archival standards • ISO 14721:2003 (Open archival information system -- Reference model) • ICA ISAD/G (General International Standard for Archival Description) and DTD EAD (Encoded Archival Description) 5

  8. First tests in France • A project experimenting automatic transfers of electronic records between a secure trade supplier and a local authority (2006) • A project experimenting transfers of electronic records between Ministries and National Archives (2006-2007) 8
