Green Deal Update • Green Deal successfully launched 28th January 2013 • InstaGroup proud to be able to offer full Green Deal packages • All Snug Network installers have Green Deal assessors available • Suite of software launched to integrate installers into Green Deal system • New Green Deal website now live: www.instagroup.co.uk/greendeal • Green Deal call centre now live • Finance confirmed by TGDFC – 6.96% interest in place for first 6 months • Cashback incentives up and running – see www.gov.uk/greendeal

ECO Update • First few rounds of ECO brokerage have taken place • InstaGroup have successfully secured ECO funding • Happy to talk to members about Affordable Warmth schemes • ECO Affordable Warmth will be able to offer free measures to vulnerable: • loft insulation cavity insulation boiler repair/replacement • Our ECO funding will allow integration of CERO funding for solid wall insulation into Green Deal packages at around 60% • Under ECO CSCO, cavity and loft insulation will be free to eligible properties, and will likely include loft top-ups < 100ml existing thickness
