A Recipe for Strength Talent (a NATURAL way of thinking, feeling, or behaving) X Investment (time spent practicing, developing your skills, and building your knowledge base) __________________________________ = Strength (the ability to consistently provide near-perfect performance)
Strategies for Weaknesses • Establish systems to help manage your weaknesses • Partner with someone whose strength is your weakness • Be ever cognizant of your blind spots • Others?
