CEN TC/282 General information Scope: Standardization in the field of plant and equipment used for production, transportation, transfer, storage and regasification of LNG Drafting of product standards specific to LNG when such standards are not included in the programme of work of another TC. Coordination of questions concerning LNG in the technical work of TC dealing with cryogenic equipment. Standardization begins at the inlet to the liquefaction plant and ends at the outlet from the regassification plant. 29 Participantingcountries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, CzechRepublic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, PSB : Tunisia

CEN/TC 282 Work programme • prENISO 16903 Characteristics of LNG influencing design and material selection • Vienna agreement with ISO/TC 67/WG 10 • FDIS/FV between 22-01-2015 and 22-03-2015 => project approved • Ongoing publication • prEN ISO 16904 Design and Testing of LNG Marine Transfer Arms for Conventional Onshore Terminals • Vienna agreement with ISO/TC 67/WG 10 • FDIS/FV on-going until 23-06-2015 • NWIP ISO/CD 20088-1 Determination of the resistance to cryogenic spillage of insulation materials - Part 1: Liquid phase • Vienna Agreement with ISO/TC67/JWG13 • CIB consultation closed on 28-04-2015 => final decision will be taken during the plenary meeting on 5th of May 2015.

CEN/TC 282 Work programme • prEN1473 Installation and equipment for liquefied natural gas - Design of onshore installations • CEN Enquiry: 5th June – 5th November 2014 • Next step: submission of the final draft to CCMC for Formal Vote launch • Preliminary : WI00282018 Installation and equipment for LNG – Design of onshore installations with a storage capacity more than 200 t LNG at pressures higher than 0,5 bar • Work in progress under the responsibility of Czech Republic (WG2)
